改良型“三分四定”标识系统设计及其应用

摘　　要：目的:在部队传统"三分四定"基础上对医院战备仓库标识进行系统化设计改良。方法:基于机动卫勤分队应急快速出动特点,通过应急出动和桌面推演方式从存储、装载、展开、撤收4个环节进行一系列标识定位设计。结果:改良型"三分四定"战备仓库标识系统实现了以箱组为单元的战备物资在储存、装载、展开及撤收等多个环节的精准、有序定位,装载时间由30 min缩短至8 min,全要素展开时间由1 h缩短至25 min。结论:改良型"三分四定"标识系统提高了机动卫勤分队战备物资管理效率,提升了我军机动卫勤分队应急保障能力,值得军内进一步推广应用。Objective To explore and research the application of modified ＂ San Fen Si Ding ＂ identification system in hospital combat readiness warehouse.Methods Mobile medical team had to response rapidly to emergencies,and the identification system was designed by practical drills and desktop maneuvers,with considerations on storage,loading,deployment and withdrawal.Results The modified identification system facilitated the storage,loading,deployment and withdrawal of combat readiness materials.The loading time consumed was shortened from 30 min to 8 min,and all-element deployment time was decreased from 1 h to 25 min.Conclusion The efficiency of combat readiness materials management is enhanced in the mobile medical team,and thus the emergency support ability of the mobile medical team is increased in China.＂San Fen Si Ding＂ identification system is worthy promoting in the PLA.
