摘　　要：目的:探讨野战医疗手术车的手术组分台流水作业优化在提高野战医疗队手术通过率中的应用。方法:通过增设野战手术台、人员重新编组分工等实现野战医疗队手术组3台手术分台流水作业。结果:3台手术分台流水作业相比较2台手术分台流水作业,单位时间完成手术例数提高1倍,大大提高了手术伤员通过率,加快了整个医疗队伤员的流转速度。结论:优化手术分台流水作业可使手术组有限的人力、物力得到最大发挥,在批量伤员通过时可以显著提高救治效率,为全军野战医疗队手术组提供借鉴和参考。Objective To enhance the operation throughput of field medical team by optimizing the operating table flow of the field-operating-vehicle-based surgical group.Methods Streamlined flow was realized for three operating tables by adding operating table and re-arranging personnel.Results The number of operations in unit time was increased by 2 times than before,and the casualty transit speed was raised in the field medical team.Conclusion Optimized operating flow of surgical group facilitates the efficiency of manpower and materials resources,and enhances the treatment efficiency in case of massive casualties.References are provided for the surgical group of field medical team of the PLA.
