摘  要:直流弧焊机是强、弱电结合的复杂电气设备,其电路与控制系统越来越复杂。从实现焊接的四项基本功能和三项先进指标的技术出发,以直流焊机的技术发展历程为主线,介绍直流焊机的基本组成及其电气结构和器件特点。根据教学总结提出初学者认识直流焊机内部电气结构的思路和电气器件识别方法。DC(direct current) arc welding machine is a complex electric equipment combination of strong and weak current,which circuit and the control systems are becoming increasingly complicated. This paper starts with the four basic functions of welding and three advanced technology index, and the technology development process is as the main line,the basic composition and the characteristics of the structure and components are introduced. Finally,according to the summary of many years of teaching,thoughts of understanding the electrical structure inside the DC welder and methods of electrical device identification for beginner are propesed.
