盆底电刺激联合生物反馈在压力性尿失禁治疗中的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨盆底电刺激联合生物反馈疗法在压力性尿失禁患者中的应用和效果评价,为临床治疗提供依据。方法对我科2010年2月-2016年2月期间行盆底电刺激联合生物反馈治疗的压力性尿失禁患者资料进行归纳总结,对其中18例患者治疗前后漏尿情况进行对比,漏尿次数缓解50%以上视为治疗有效。结果接受盆底电刺激联合生物反馈治疗的患者尿失禁症状明显缓解,3个月有效缓解率为72.2%,6个月有效率达88.9%,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论盆底电刺激联合生物反馈治疗手段安全有效,适应证广泛,可在临床上推广应用。Objective To evaluate the application and effect of pelvic floor electrical stimulation combined biofeedback in patients with stress urinary incontinence,and provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods From February 2010 to February 2016,the data of patients with stress urinary incontinence who accept the pelvic floor electrical stimulation combined biofeedback in our hospital were summarized,18 cases of leakage of urine before and after the treatment were compared,the number of leakage of urine eased more than 50% was regarded as an effective treatment.Results The symptoms of urinary incontinence in patients undergoing pelvic floor electrical stimulation combined biofeedback eased significantly,the effective rate of treatment was 72.2% after 3 months and 88.9% after 6 months,the difference was statistically significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion The pelvic floor electrical stimulation combined biofeedback is safe and effect,its indications are wide and can be popularized in clinical application.
