摘 要:建立了采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定蔬菜中残留的敌菌灵和苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂(除虫脲、灭幼脲、杀铃脲、氟铃脲、氟苯脲和氟啶脲)的方法。蔬菜样品用乙腈均质法提取盐析后脱水,经Florisil固相萃取柱净化,正己烷/丙酮(85/15,V/V)淋洗,洗脱液浓缩定容后经液相色谱分离与检测,外标法定量。结果表明,各组分农药的加标回收率在83.5%~105.6%之间,变异系数(CV)在3.05%~9.56%之间,最低检出限0.02~0.04mg/kg,满足蔬菜中残留的敌菌灵和苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂的检测要求。The sample was homogeneously extracted by acetonitrile with salting out and dehydration.After purification on the Florisil solid phase extraction column,eluted with Hexane/Acetone(85/15,V/V),the eluent was concentrated and diluted for high performance liquid chromatography analysis,measured by the external standard.The results showed that the recoveries of pesticides were between 83.5%-105.6%,and the coefficient of variation(CV)ranged from 3.05% to 9.56%,the lowest detection limit was 0.02-0.04mg/kg.The method can meet the detection requirements of anilazine and benzoylurea insecticides residues in vegetables.
