摘 要:便X2井是江苏油田今年部署在金湖凹陷杨村断裂带上首口勘探评价井,主探该区E2d、E1f4+3含油气情况。为了解决该区戴南组中下部发育的棕色和白色软泥岩互层的水化分散与缩径、阜宁组硬脆性泥岩井壁失稳,造成完井电测时间长等问题。在室内开展了复合有机盐钻井液技术应用研究,制定了体系现场转化技术方案。该井复杂地层钻进中采用了复合有机盐钻井液技术,钻井作业顺利。现场应用表明,该体系性能稳定,维护简单,携岩性好、润滑性和降滤失防塌能力强,能有效抑制泥页岩水化分散,能为复杂地区钻井提供优越的性能保障。Bian X2 well is the first exploration and evaluation well in Jiangsu oilfield on Yangcun Fault Zone in Jinhu Depression this year, oil and gas condition in area E2d,E1f4+3 was mainly explored. In order to solve the problem of long completion and electrical measurement time caused by hydration dispersion and shrinkage of the brown and white soft mudstone interbed in the middle and lower part of south area in Dainan Formation,the borehole wall failure of hard and brittle mudstone in Funing Formation,application research of compound organic salt drilling fluid technology was carried out, a system on-site conversion technology program was developed. The technology of compound organic salt drilling fluid was adopted to improve the drilling of complex formation, drilling operation became smooth. Field application shows that the system has stable performance, simple maintenance, good bearing property, good lubricity and anti-collapse ability. It can effectively restrain shale hydration and dispersion, and can provide superior performance guarantee for drilling in complex area.
