摘 要:渤海地区稠油资源量巨大,由于原油黏度和储层非均质性的影响,水驱开发效果较差。稠油乳化降黏技术以其简单的操作方法在渤海开发中发挥作用。对乳化剂筛选和驱油参数优化实验研究的结果表明,与强化冷采体系(药剂Ⅰ)相比较,强化分散体系(药剂Ⅱ)驱油效率较高,其合理浓度范围400~800 mg/L,段塞尺寸0.05~0.1 PV。考虑到目标储层非均质性比较严重,推荐采用"调剖剂+药剂Ⅱ"措施组合方式,调剖剂段塞尺寸0.05~0.075 PV,措施实施时机为含水率65%~90%。实验还表明,油井实施药剂吞吐或堵水措施都可以提高采收率,但二者联合使用会产生协同效应,采收率增幅较大。Bohai oilfiled has a large of heave oil resource, but as the influence of the viscosity of crude oil and the heterogeneity of the reservoir, water flooding development effect is poor. The technology of emulsifying and reducing viscosity has the advantage of simple operation, and plays an important role in development process of Bohai oilfield. In this paper, optimization of emulsifier and oil displacement parameters was studied. The results showed that, compared with the cold production system (chemical I ), oil displacement efficiency of disperse system (chemical II) was higher, and the reasonable concentration range was 400- 800 mg/L, and the slug size was 0.05 - 0.1 PV.Taking into account the serious heterogeneity of the target reservoir, the measure of "profile control agent and chemical II" was recommended, the slug size of profile control agent was 0.05- 0.075 PV, the injection opportunity was when moisture content was about 65%-90%. Experiments also showed that the implementation of the oil well chemical huff-puff and water plugging measures can improve the recovery rate, and combined use of the two methods can have a synergistic effect, the rate of recovery can be increased greatly.
