中西医结合治疗寻常型痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察青鹏软膏联合米诺环素、阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法:将64例轻、中度寻常型痤疮患者随机分成两组,实验组采用青鹏软膏联合米诺环素、阿达帕林凝胶治疗,对照组采用米诺环素与阿达帕林凝胶治疗。两组均治疗9周后统计分析治疗疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组有效率分别为87.5%、50.0%(P<0.05),不良反应比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:青鹏软膏联合米诺环素、阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮疗效满意。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Qingpeng ointment combined with minocyline and adapalene in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods：64cases of mild and moderate acne vulgaris patients were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group were treated with Qingpengointment combined with minocyline and adapalene.The control group were treated only with minocyline and adapalene.Both groups were under treatment for 9weeks.Then we did statistic analysis about the treatment effects of both groups.Results：When combined with Qingpengointment,the effective rate was increased from 50.0%（control group）to 87.5%（P〈0.05）,without increasing in side effect.Conclusion：The method of Qingpeng ointment combined with Minocyline and adapalene on acne vulgaris is high efficacy.
