质量控制图在布氏杆菌病试管凝集实验上的应用

摘　　要：为保证布氏杆菌病检测结果的准确可靠,建立布氏杆菌病试管凝集实验的质量控制图。在每次日常检测时,对标准阳性血清进行试管凝集实验并使用浊度仪测量其上清液的光密度;在收集20组有效数据后,绘制当前条件下的质量控制图。结果显示,运用绘制的质量控制图对之后22次日常检测进行监控,及时发现了由于试剂储存不当导致抗原失效而造成的失控情况。因此,采用质量控制图对布氏杆菌病试管凝集实验进行监控,可提高质量监控的有效性、科学性。In order to ensure the Brucellosis test results accurate and reliable,the quality control chart of detecting Brucellosis by tube agglutination was established. In every routine testing,the standard positive serum was detected by tube agglutination,then the OD value of supernate was measured use turbidity meter. After collecting 20 groups of valid data,the quality control chart under the current condition was drawn. Results shows using quality control chart monitored daily testing for 22 times,the out of control situation caused by improper reagent storage in time was found. Using quality control chart to monitor detection of Brucellosis by tube agglutination is able to improve the quality monitoring effectively and scientifically.
