摘　　要：收集、整理我国化妆品国家技术规范强制性要求中的定义、分类、原料方面的相关规定。通过比较分析,针对存在问题,提出具体改进措施和建议。In this paper,the compulsory requirements of the technical regulations of the state about definition,classification and ingredients of cosmetic in China were collected. Through analysis and comparison,the specific measures and suggestions for the existing problems were proposed.
