摘  要:研究了聚酯多元醇的配比及用量、异氰酸酯的种类、丙烯酸酯类封端剂种类对UV固化聚氨酯树脂及其固化性能的影响。所制备的树脂固化后邵A硬度50~60,拉伸强度20 MPa,断裂伸长率〉220%。该树脂可单独或作为一种组分提高树脂涂料的性能,使固化后的树脂涂料具有极高的韧性和拉伸性以及优异的手感,能应用于皮革、地板等对涂层综合性能要求高的领域。The influence of polyester polyol ratio and amount, isocyanate type, acrylate end-capping agent type on the UV curing polyurethane resin and its curing performance was investigated. The Shore A hardness of the prepared resin after curing is 50-60, the tensile strength is 20 MPa, the elongation at break is more than 220%. Said resin can be used alone or as a component to improve the performance of the resin coating, the cured resin coating possesses extra high toughness, tensile property, excellent hand feeling and can be used in the fields requiring high comprehensive performance for coat such as leather, floor and so on.
