摘 要:项目对以兴宁合水水库淤泥为主要原材料、煤矸石和锅炉渣为内燃料及改性剂,年产6 000万块淤泥烧结空心砖项目进行实施方案研究。采用原料预处理、精确配料、陈化、双级真空硬塑挤砖机挤出成型、自动化切坯及机械化码坯、中断面隧道窑焙烧等一次码烧工艺的技术方案,技术上是可行的,项目自动化程度高,定员较少,生产成本较低,经济上是合理的,以水库淤泥、煤矸石和锅炉渣为主要原料,节能环保,社会效益和生态效益显著。Many Reservoirs have been silted in Guangdong Province so serious that the Benefit of Reservoirs has been greatly de- creased, therefore Reservoir sludge must be cleared. The cleared sediments must be utilized and reduced, which can lead to such problems as secondaPy pollution and occupation of land. The project with an annual output of 60 million pieces of hollow bricks which are produced with sediments of Heshui Reservoir as main raw materials and coal gangue and boiler slag as fuel and modifier have been studied. The technical scheme with piling and sintering at a time, which consist of pre - processing of raw materials, ac- curately dosing, ageing, hard plastic extrusion molding with double stage vacuum, automatically cutting and piling, sintering with middle - section tunnel kiln have been proved feasible. The technical scheme have been also proved beneficial and environment - friendly with higher degree of automation, less workers, lower cost and less energy consumption.
