摘 要:为了解上海市犬流行性乙型脑炎(japanese encephalitis,JE)的感染状况及其流行特点,本研究应用血凝抑制试验对2013~2014年采自上海市的653份犬血清进行了日本脑炎病毒(Japanese encephalitis virus,JEV)抗体检测,共检出阳性血清195份,总阳性率为29.86%,并比较分析不同季节、城市区域、生存环境、年龄和性别的犬JEV抗体阳性率的差异。结果表明,犬JEV抗体阳性率与JE流行季节有相关性,在不同城市区域和生存环境中差异有显著统计学意义(P〈0.05),而不同性别和不同年龄犬JEV抗体阳性率差异不具有统计学意义(P〉0.05)。调查结果表明上海市犬JEV感染率较高,应加强犬JEV的监测与防控。To understand the infection status and epidemiological features of Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV) in dogs in Shanghai, 653 canine serum samples were collected from 2013 to 2014 in Shanghai for detection of anti-JEV antibodies using hemagglutination inhibition(HI). The survey revealed that the overall seropositive rate was 29.86% (195/653). The distributions of anti-JEV seropositive rates in dogs were analyzed regarding different seasons, locations, living environments, ages or genders. The positive relationship between anti-JEV seropositive rate and epidemic season was revealed. The difference in seropositive rates were significant (P〈0.05) between locations and living environments but not significant between genders and ages (P 〉 0.05). These findings indicated there was high prevalence of JEV infection in dogs in Shanghai, so it is necessary to monitor strictly and prevent JEV infection in dogs.
