长江中游城市群空间集聚与扩散——基于31个城市18个行业的劳动力要素流动检验

摘　　要：以长江中游城市群为研究区域,选取2003、2007和2013年3个时间截面,运用城市流模型,从劳动力要素流动的视角,以行业从业人员变化为量化指标,通过要素空间集聚与扩散分析,揭示了宏观的空间集聚趋势、中观的产业集聚形态与城市功能秩序形成和微观的劳动力要素流动的相互作用机制。结果表明:长江中游城市群的空间集聚与扩散功能逐渐增强,主要集中在第三产业;省会城市的集聚能力远高于其他城市,但是辐射带动能力不足;需要从结构视角关注城市流强度,改善城市群内城市经济实力与外向服务功能不协调程度,整体提升城市流强度,更加有效地引导空间集聚与扩散。Elements and resources in the urban agglomerations are constantly flowing and reallocating in space, which finally forms a spatial agglomeration in different cities and a new urban fimctional order in the urban agglomerations. The thesis takes new urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of Yangtze River as the study area, choosing the years of 2003, 2007 and 2013 as the time sections. With the urban flow model, from the perspective of labor element flow, using the changes of industry practitioners as the quantitative indexes, it reveals the mutual interaction mechanism between the macro trend of spatial agglomeration, the medium formation of industrial clustering as well as urban functional order and the micro labor flow factor by analyzing the spatial agglomeration and diffusion. The results showed that the function of spatial agglomeration and diffusion in the middle reaches of Yangtze River gradually strengthened, which mainly concentrated on the tertiary industry. The agglomeration ability of capital cities is much higher than any other city, but the ability to radiate and drive is insufficient. We need to pay attention to the intensity of urban flow from the perspective of structure, improve the situation that the economic strength is uncoordinated with the outbound service capability, enhance the urban flow intensity and guide the spatial agglomeration and diffusion in a more effective way.
