摘  要:采用方向距离函数,运用2001—2012年鄱阳湖生态经济区粮食生产面板数据,分析其粮食生产传统技术效率、环境技术效率及粮食生产与环境协调性。结果表明:从时序演变来看,不考虑环境污染因素,鄱阳湖生态经济区粮食生产传统技术效率呈现"W型"趋势;考虑环境污染因素,粮食生产环境技术效率呈现"U型"趋势;从空间分异来看,鄱阳湖生态经济区除安义县、九江县、永修县、湖口县、彭泽县、瑞昌市等六个县(市)外,其余各县(市)粮食生产传统技术效率均大于粮食生产环境技术效率;从粮食生产与环境协调性来看,"粮食生产与环境高度协调"的县(市)个数先减少后增加,"粮食生产与环境较为协调"、"粮食生产与环境较不协调"的县(市)个数均先增加后减少,"粮食生产与环境高度不协调"的县(市)仅2012年出现在都昌县、新建县和贵溪市。By applying the Directional Distance Function (DDF), the panel data of grain production in Poyang Lake Eco- economic Zone from 2001 to 2012 is used to analyze the traditional technical efficiency and the environmental technical efficiency of grain production, as well as the coordination between grain production and environment in Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone in this paper. The results show that from the point of view of timing evolution, the traditional technical efficiency of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone has a "W" trend without considering the factors of the environmental pollution; while considering the factors of the environmental pollution, the change of the technical efficiency presents the trend of "U"; from the point of view of spatial differentiation, except for the Anyi County, Jiujiang County, Yongxiu County, Hukou County, Pengze County, Ruichang City, the rest counties' traditional technical efficiency is greater than their environmental technical efficiency in Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone; from the view of the coordination between food production and environment, the number of counties (cities) with highly coordinated degree tends to reduce at first and then to increase, while the number of counties(cities) with comparatively coordinated or uncoordinated degree tends to be opposite; the food production and the environment was highly uncoordinated only in 2012 in Duchang County, Xinjian County and Guixi City. This paper will be of important significance to improve the environmental technical efficiency of grain production in Jiangxi Province and even the whole country, and to promote the coordinated development of grain production and environment.
