摘　　要：分析了重钢二炼钢厂80t钢包渣线侵蚀原因，通过采取改进LF炉工艺操作、加强钢包砌筑质量管理与优化热修在线维护操作、调整钢包烘烤工艺、加强品种生产工艺路线管理等技术措施提高了钢包渣线使用寿命，钢包渣线寿命由平均20次提高至32次，钢包使用寿命由42次提高到72次，渣线穿漏事故由13次／年减少至1次／年。the reason of corrosion of 80t ladle slag line in two steel making plant was analyzed. The service life of steel ladle slag line was improved by adopting improved LF furnace process, strengthening the quality management and optimizing the hot repair operation, adjusting the ladle baking process and strengthening variely production technology. The service life of ladle slag line increased from 20 times to 32 times. The service life of ladle was increased fi＇om 42 to 72, and the leakage aeeident was reduced from 13 to 1.
