重钢同炉双联脱磷工艺的研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了重钢炼钢厂为配合降本需要开发的同炉双联工艺，着重论述了双联工艺的实施方法和要点，并对双联试生产的过程情况和结果进行了较为详实的分析。此次试生产达到了降低钢铁料消耗、辅料消耗，提高转炉脱磷率的预期目标，可以为国内同行业提供适当借鉴。The text introduces the double dephosphorization process of converters in Chongqing steelmaking plant for reducing costs, and emphatically discusses the implementation methods and main points of the double dephosphorization process of converters.Meanwhile, it analyzes the process condition and the result in detail. The trial production achieve targets, which reduces the consumption of steel material and material consumption, increases the rate of dephosphorization on converters.It can provide the appropriate reference for the domestic same industry.
