摘　　要：探索科技社团与多维实践平台融合开展创新人才培养模式,立足夯实基础、深挖特色与内涵的理念,以培养特色、创新人才为目标,以"坚持一个方针、调整两个方向、强调三个衔接、促进四项改革"为思路,以"四个层次培养体系"为运作机制开展素质教育,建立一支培养创新人才的师资队伍,实现培养创新人才的目标。The innovation education mode and the cultivation of innovative talents are explored by the integration of science and technology associations and mult-dimension practice platform.It is persisted for the ideas of consolidating the knowledge foundation and excavating connotation.The integration of science and technology association and multi-dimensional professional practice platform is constructed and operated for the innovative education.The outstanding and innovation talents are trained as the education goal.Some ideas are set up,including keeping one policy,adjusting two directions,emphasizing three linkage and promoting four reformation.Then,the essence of the ability development is grasped.The four level training systems are carried out for the quality education.Finally,the innovative teaching groups are established and the goal of training innovative talents will be achieved.
