摘　　要：在开展"两学一做"学习教育过程中,结合高校特点,制定了"两学一做"专题教育实施方案,创新"两学一做"学习方式、学习制度和学习载体,发挥党员模范带头作用,加强高校党的基层组织建设,体现了"两学一做"的经常性、针对性、层次性和实效性,提高了高校党组织的凝聚力。In the process of studying theoretical and practical issues of Party building, a plan is drawn up to adapt to colleges for the study in relation to methods, exemplification and system of study. The objectives are strengthening the construction of the Party cells in colleges. And this features in the regularity, concentration and levels and practice increasing the unity powers of party organizations in colleges.
