不确定性容忍度对大学生创业意向的影响:性别的调节作用

摘　　要：采用大学生创业意向量表、无法忍受不确定性量表对603名大学生进行测试,探讨不确定性容忍度、性别与创业意向的关系。结果发现:男大学生的创业意向显著高于女大学生;在男大学生中不确定性容忍度对创业意向的预测不显著,在女大学生中不确定性容忍度能显著预测创业意向。结论:性别在不确定性容忍度与创业意向之间的关系中起调节作用。By investigating 603 undergraduate students in Jiangxi Province with the questionnaires of Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale and Entrepreneurial Intention Scale of Undergraduates, we explore the relations among tolerance of uncertainty, gender and entrepreneurial intention. The results indicated that： 1 ） Males reported higher levels of entrepreneurial intention than females; 2） gender moderated the relation between tolerance of uncertainty and entrepreneurial implementation intention. Specifically, tolerance of uncertainty with females positively predicted entrepreneurial intention, But tolerance of uncertainty with males can not predict entrepreneurial intention.
