摘  要:某电厂600 MW超临界机组低负荷运行时,1台汽泵跳闸导致锅炉MFT保护动作。通过对小机控制过程进行分析,判断出事故原因为低负荷运行时给水控制逻辑存在不足和隐患,并提出了给水控制逻辑的优化措施。优化后在生产现场进行试验验证。试验结果证明,通过优化给水控制逻辑,有效解决了低负荷运行时锅炉MFT保护动作问题,提高了机组低负荷运行的安全性。The trip of a steam pump caused the action of boiler MFF protection during the low load operation of 600 MW supercritical unit in a power plant. By analyzing the control process of small equipment, it is judged that reasons of the accident are existing shortcomings and hidden dangers in the control logic of water supply under the low load operation. Optimization measures for the control logic of water supply are proposed. Verification tests have been done in field production after the optimization. Test results shows that the action problem of the boiler MFT protection under low load operation has been effectively solved by optimizing the control logic of water supply and improves the security of unit under the low load operation.
