摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了球形、梭形、星形、花形、小梭形五种不同形貌的ZnO,再用水合肼还原铜盐制备了ZnO/Cu复合材料.通过杯碟扩散法,对不同形貌的ZnO和一种ZnO/Cu复合产品进行了抗菌性能测试,结果表明:不同形貌的ZnO对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均没有抗菌性能,而对枯草芽孢杆菌和绿脓杆菌表现出了一定的抗菌性能,并且随着样品浓度的增加,抑菌圈直径也随之增大;ZnO/Cu除了对大肠杆菌没有抗菌效果,对另外三种细菌均表现出了一定的抗菌性能,且随着样品浓度的增加,抑菌圈直径也随之增大.Zinc oxide (ZnO) is a wide-band-gap semiconductor that displays a larger exciton binding energy. ZnO is a highly studied material due to its promising applications in the optoelectronic, transparent electronics and the realization of hybrid devices. This material is suitable to build nanometric structures by means of self-assembly and exhibits properties that depend on the morphology and structure of the aggregates. Cu-dopant has significant effects on the electrical, chemical and optical properties of ZnO nanostructures. The location of Cu dopant, being near the surface or internally confined within the ZnO nanoerystals, plays an important role in the material photoemission properties. In this paper, a series of nanostructured ZnO with sphere, fusiform, starlike, flower shape and little fusiform were synthesized, then ZnO/Cu composite materials were gotten by hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent. The morphology and composition were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The antimicrobial property of these samples was analyzed by cup method. The results showed that these ZnO samples took anti-bacteria action on both bacilus subtilis (B. subtilis) and pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa), and inhibition zone became lager with the dosage increasing. But there was no anti-bacteria action on staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and escherichia coli (E. coli). However, the antimicrobial property of the ZnO/Cu samples increased obviously and they can take anti-bacteria action on three kinds of bacteria except E. coll. Analogously, the inhibition zone became also lager with the dosage increasing.
