摘 要:以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI),N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为原料合成聚氨酯预聚体,再经脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(O-10)封端得到一种醇醚封端型阳离子聚氨酯助鞣剂.FT-IR图谱证明了聚合及封端反应的发生.将其应用于不浸酸铬鞣过程的中后期发现:当助鞣剂用量为3%时,蓝湿革Ts达到最大值114.1℃,废液中铬含量低至1.96g/L;经硫酸溶液和NaCI溶液处理过后蓝湿革Ts下降显著,Na_2CO_3处理之后蓝湿革Ts轻微上升;与常规不浸酸铬鞣相比,助鞣之后的蓝湿革内铬含量增加,且分布均匀;扫描电镜观察蓝湿革纤维分散程度与常规差异不大.The polyurethane tanning agent was synthesized with 3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethyl-cy clohexyl isocyanate(IPDI)and N-methyl diethanolamine(MDEA),and then blocked by aliphatic alcohol ether(O-10).Polymerization reaction and blocking reaction in this systerm were confirmed by the FT-IR test.When applied this polyurethane tanning agent into non-pickling chrome tanning of the middle and later process,the results showed that when the consumption of this polyurethane tanning agent was 3%,the Ts of wet-blue leather was up to the 114.1 ℃,chromiumcontent in the waste liquid was low to 1.96g/L.The Ts of wet-blue leather was decreased significant-ly after disposing by sulphuric acid and sodium chloride,but slightly increased after disposing by sodium carbonate.Compared with conventional non-pickling chrome tanning,chromium content in the wet-blue leather auxiliary tanned increased,and uniformly distributed,there was no obvious difference in the fiber dispersion degree of wet-blue leather observed by scanning electron microscope.
