摘 要:采用微波辅助溶胶-燃烧法合成Sr_2MgSi_2O_7:xCe^(3+),yTb^(3+)荧光粉.通过综合热分析、X射线衍射(XRD)和光谱分析等方法对试样进行表征.结果表明:微波辅助溶胶-燃烧法在500℃~700℃下合成了单斜的Sr2MgSi2O7:xCe^(3+),yTb^(3+),合成温度比固相法低约700℃;在365nm紫外光的激发下,由于Ce^(3+)和Tb^(3+)发生能量传递,Sr_2MgSi_2O_7:xCe^(3+),yTb^(3+)荧光粉出现多峰发射,其中主峰位于380nm和545nm处,发光强度分别随x或y的改变而改变,色坐标在从(0.163 9,0.059 1)到(0.323 0,0.461 1),发光颜色可以从蓝光到黄绿光进行调制,由此可以对白光的色温进行调节,制备不同色温的白色荧光粉.Sr_2MgSi_2O_7:xCe^(3+),yTb^(3+)phosphor was separately synthesized by microwave-assisted gel-combustion method.The structure and spectrum properties were characterized by therrmogravimetric differential scanning calorimeter(TG-DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and photoluminescence and photoluminescence excitation(PL-PLE)spectrum,respectively.The results reveal that,by using microwave-assisted gel-combustion method,Sr_2MgSi_2O_7:xCe^(3+),yTb^(3+)phosphor can be synthesized under lower 700 ℃ when compared with the traditional solid-state method.Under 365 nm ultraviolet excitation,because energy transfer occurs between Ce^(3+)and Tb^(3+)ions,Sr_2MgSi_2O_7:xCe^(3+),yTb^(3+)phosphor exhibits a series of emission peaks.The maximum peak locate in the vicinity of 380 nm and 545 nm.By properly tuning the relative composition of Ce^(3+)/Tb^(3+)(x/y)through the principle of energy transfer,the varied emitted colors from blue through cyan(greenish-blue)and the color coordinates from(0.163 9,0.059 1)to(0.323 0,0.461 1).These results suggest that our developed Sr_2MgSi_2O_7:xCe^(3+),yTb^(3+)phosphors have potential applications as color-tunable phosphorconverted materials for ultraviolet light-emitting diodes.
