摘  要:以聚乙二醇(PEG)作为泥土吸附剂,研究其与聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)复配后对蒙脱土的抵抗作用,并确定最佳掺量和分子量;通过红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、总有机碳(TOC)等测试,研究了PEG抑制蒙脱土对PCE影响的作用机理.结果表明:当在体系中加入PEG后,水泥净浆流动度有大幅度提高,当PEG分子量为1000、掺量为水泥质量的0.1%时,抑制蒙脱土对PCE影响的效果最佳,水泥初始净浆流动度可提高40 mm,1h后可提高140mm.PEG抑制蒙脱土对PCE的负效应的原因分别是:PEG可优先进入蒙脱土层间;PEG能够降低蒙脱土对PCE的吸附,其吸附量由不掺PEG的46.52mg/g降到37.15mg/g;PEG能够抑制蒙脱土的吸水膨胀性,其膨胀容由11mL/g降到8mL/g.Using polyethylene glycol as clay adsorbent,the resistant effect of different molecular weight polyethylene glycol at different dosages mixtured polycarboxylate superplasticizer on montmorillonite by the fluidity of cement paste.Meanwhile,polyethylene glycol and mechanism with the suppression of montmorillonite effect on polycarboxylate superplasticizer was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Total organic carbon(TOC),et al.The results showed that the fluidity of cement paste had been increased greatly after polycarboxylate superplasticizer mixtured polyethylene glycol at better dosage.When the molecular weight of polyethylene glycol was 1 000,the dosage of polyethylene glycol was 0.1%of cement mass,the initial fluidity of cement paste could be increased 40 mm and increased 140 mm after 1hour.And the reasons why polyethylene glycol could inhibit the negative effect of montmorillonite on polycarboxylate superplasticizer were that polyethylene glycol was priority absorpted into the interlayer of montmorillonite;polyethylene glycol could lower the adsorption of montmorillonite on polycarboxylate superplasticizer,and the adsorption quantity was decreased from 46.52mg/g to 37.15mg/g;polyethylene glycol could inhibit the bibulous dilatability of montmorillonite,and the expansion capacity was decreased from 11mL/g to 8mL/g.
