东台市2011—2013年新农合住院患者呼吸系统疾病构成

摘　　要：目的分析和了解江苏省东台市新农合呼吸系统住院疾病数据,探索农村呼吸系统疾病的特点,从而为完善新农合提供决策支持。方法根据国际疾病分类标准(ICD-10),从新农合数据库中提取呼吸系统疾病数据作为研究对象,使用Excel和SPSS 17.0对数据进行频率统计、分类汇总、交叉表处理等。结果 2011—2013年呼吸系统疾病住院人次分别为5 513、9 338、11 144,分别排名第5、第3、第2,呈明显上升趋势,男性比女性发病率高,年幼和年老人群属于高发群体,支气管炎、肺气肿和其他慢性阻塞性肺病构成呼吸系统疾病类型的高发亚类。结论呼吸系统疾病住院人数逐年增加,控制呼吸系统疾病的流行,还需加强环境治理,减少空气污染,也需加强医疗服务和医院管理工作,提高医院医疗诊治水平,促进新农合政策有效实施。Objective To analyze and know the inpatient disease data in the new rural cooperative respiratory system in Dongtai in Jiangsu province and explore the characteristics of rural respiratory system diseases thus providing the decisionmaking support for improving the new rural cooperative medical system. Methods The respiratory system disease data in the new rural cooperative medical data were selected as the research objects according to the national disease classification standards（ICD-10）, and the data were given frequency count, classifying sum and cross-reference table handling by Excel and SPSS17.0. Results The numbers of hospitalization cases with respiratory system disease from 2011 to 2013 were respectively 5513, 9338 and 11144, respectively ranking 5, 3 and 2, showing an obvious increasing trend, and the morbidity rate of male was higher than that of female, and the young and old belonged to high incidence groups, and bronchitis, emphysema and other chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases composed the high-incidence sub-variety of respiratory system disease types. Conclusion The inpatients with respiratory system diseases increases year by year, controlling the popularity of respiratory system diseases also needs to enhance the environmental governance, reduce air pollution, also needs to enhance medical service and hospital management work, improve the hospital medical diagnosis and treatment level and promote the effective implementation of the new rural cooperative policy.
