摘  要:介入放射学是集临床医学、影像诊断学、微创治疗和生物医学工程技术等多学科知识为一体的一门新兴临床边缘学科。它要求介人放射科医师应具备在医学影像引导下进行微创治疗的能力,既要有熟练的实践操作技能,又要有丰富的理论知识,怎么使学生能在有限的时间内取得较好的学习效果是目前临床教学中存在的问题。在介入放射学教学中,利用多种教学手段使学生在短时间内全面了解介入放射学,不断提高临床思维和影像思维能力,提高教学质量,培养符合临床需要的合格介入放射学医师。The interventional radiology is a rising clinical interdisciplinary subject integrating the clinical medicine, imaging diagnosis, minimally invasive therapy and biomedical engineering technology together, it requires that the intervention radiology physicians should be equipped with the ability of minimally invasive therapy guided by the medical imaging, including the skilled practice operation skill and rich theoretical knowledge, and how to make students obtain a good learning effect in the limited time is the issue existing in the current clinical teaching, and in the intervention radiology teaching, we should make students comprehensively know the intervention radiology in a short time by means of multiple teaching methods, constantly improve the clinical thinking and imaging thinking abilities, improve the teaching quality and cultivating the qualified intervention radiology physicians meeting the clinical demands.
