摘  要:目的探讨呼吸科护理人员绩效考核方案的建立及其对护理质量的影响。方法对2014年4月—2016年4月在该院呼吸科工作的62例护理人员的临床资料进行统计分析。结果 62例呼吸科护理人员绩效考核后职业道德和服务态度、护理安全、护理质量、岗位价值、个人能力、临床带教、专科操作和科研附加分得分均显著高于绩效考核前(P<0.05);主管护师、护师、护士绩效考核后的总分均显著高于绩效考核前(P<0.05),绩效考核前主管护师、护师、护士的总分之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),绩效考核前后主管护师的总分均显著高于护师、护士(P<0.05),而护师的总分又均显著高于护士(P<0.05);绩效考核后的服务态度、技术水平、护理措施及总体患者满意度100.0%(62/62)、95.2%(59/62)、95.2%(59/62)、96.8%(60/62)均显著高于绩效考核前87.1%(54/62)、88.7%(55/62)、83.9%(52/62)、87.1%(54/62)(P<0.05)。结论呼吸科护理人员绩效考核方案的建立能够有效提升护理质量。Objective To study the construction of performance assessment of nursing staff in the department of respiration and effect of it on nursing quality. Methods The clinical data of 62 cases of nursing staff working in the department of respiration in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were statistically analyzed. Results The occupational moral,service attitude, nursing safety, nursing quality, position value, personal ability, clinical teaching, specific operation and scientific research extra point scores after the performance assessment were obviously higher than those before performance assessment, P〈0.05, the total score of nurses-in-charge, nurse practitioners and nurses were obviously higher than those before performance assessment, P〈0.05, the differences in the total scores of nurses-in-charge, nurse practitioners and nurses were not obvious, P〈0.05, and total score of nurses-in-charge after performance assessment was obviously higher than that of nurse practitioners and nurses, P〈0.05, while the total scores of nurse practitioners were obviously higher than those of nurses P〈0.05, the service attitude, technical level, nursing measures and total satisfactory degree of patients after performance assessment were obviously higher than those before performance assessment, [100.0%(62/62),95.2%(59/62),95.2%(59/62), 96.8%(60/62) vs 87.1%(54/62), 88.7%(55/62), 83.9%(52/62), 87.1%(54/62)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The construction of performance assessment plan of nursing staff in the department of respiration can effectively improve the nursing quality.
