整体护理管理对糖尿病肾病患者的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析探讨整体护理管理对糖尿病肾病患者的影响,为临床进行糖尿病肾病护理管理提供参考依据。方法选择该院收治的糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,共100例,患者的收治时间在2014年3月—2015年4月期间,通过红篮球抽取的方式进行分组,分成实验组(50例)和对照组(50例),实验组在护理管理中采取整体护理管理,对照组在护理管理过程中采取常规护理管理,并在护理管理结束后,对比分析两组的并发症发生率、CRP水平、糖化血红蛋白、护理质量评分及患者的满意度评分。结果实验组的并发症发生率(2.00%)远远低于对照组的并发症发生率(14.00%),两组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的CRP水平、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的护理质量评分和患者满意度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理管理对糖尿病肾病患者具有积极影响。Objective To analyze and study the effect of holistic nursing management on the patients with diabetic nephropathyand and provide reference for nursing management of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 100 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each by the red and blue basketball extraction method, the experimental group adopted the holistic nursing management, the control group adopted the routine nursing management, and the incidence rate of complications, CRP level, glycosylated hemoglobin, nursing quality score and satisfactory degree score of patients of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was far fewer than that in the control group（2.00% vs 14.00%）, and the difference between groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;the CRP level and glycosylated hemoglobin level in the experimental group were fewer than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, and the nursing quality score and satisfactory degree score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The holistic nursing management has a positive effect on the patients with diabetic nephropathy.
