摘　　要：倡导阅读已引起越来越多的国家的重视,但是读物获取的困难仍然在许多国家中的许多人群中存在。移动阅读可以帮助人们获取信息,成为大众的主要阅读方式。移动阅读具有内容丰富、阅读方便、价格低廉、趣味性强等方面的特征和优势,公共图书馆肩负着为全民终身学习提供服务的重要职责,但是据调查影响移动阅读的最大障碍首先是阅读内容的匮乏,其次是连接问题,所以公共图书馆应该采取应对措施,开辟新的服务领域,加强数字化建设,为民提供最优质的移动阅读服务。Reading has aroused more and more national attention, but difficulties on reading access still existed in many of the crowd in many countries. At present, mobile reading can help people obtain information, and has become the main reading approach for the broad masses of the people. Mobile reading has the characteristics and advantages of rich content, convenient access, cheap price and interesting contents. Public library has shouldered the important responsibility of provide service for the life-long learning of the whole people. According to the survey, the biggest barriers to affect the mobile reading were the lack of reading content, followed by the access problem. Public library should take measures to open up new service field and strengthen the construction of digital resource, to provide the best mobile reading service for people.
