摘  要:农业步入新常态后迫切需要科技创新与推广支撑农业发展,但科技供求"最后一公里"难题制约着农业科技进步,根本原因是传统的科技创新与推广模式自身的缺陷。基于我国农业科技创新与推广模式的历史演变及局限性,新常态下解决科技研发与科技应用"两张皮"的前提条件是形成科技创新与推广的新融合机制、新利益机制和新互动机制。新机制的运行可通过构建"政府推动、科研院所主导、新型经营主体运作"的新模式实现。Agriculture in the new normal after urgent need science and technology innovation and promotion support agricultural development, but the supply and demand of science and technology "the last kilometer" problem restricts the agricultural science and technology progress, root cause is the traditional pattern of scientific and technological innovation and promotion its own disadvantages too. Based on China's agricultural science and technology innovation and the historical evolution of the marketing model and limitations, and solve the technology research and development and application of science and technology under the new normal "two skin" condition is the premise of forming new fusion of science and technology innovation and promotion mechanism, new interests and new interactive mechanism. New mechanism of operation by building "government promotion and scientific research institutes, new operators to work" the new pattern implementation.
