摘　　要：新型城镇化建设对当前地方政府治理提出了更高的要求。在传统城镇化过程,地方政府治理存在着治理观念落后、治理主体单一、治理能力不足等问题。而新型城镇化建设倒逼地方政府实现治理转型,在这个转型过程中,地方政府要树立以人为本的政策导向,培养善治理念,加快职能转型等,从而实现治理的创新,这将从根本上促进新型城镇化的进程,为其发展提供动力。New urbanization has put forward higher requirements for the current local government governance. In the process of traditional urbanization, there are problems in the governance of local government governance, such as the backward governance concept, the single governance body and inadequate governance capacity. But the construction of new urbanization will force the local governments to achieve governance transformation. In this transformation process, the local governments should establish people-oriented policy, cultivate the idea of good governance and accelerate the transformation of functions, so as to realize the innovation of governance, which will promote the new urbanization process fundamentally and provide the impetus for its development.
