摘　　要：目的分析老年患者住院情况,从中探寻老年人发病规律,为临床疾病的防治提供临床资料。方法病例来源于该院2010—2014年病案统计室出院病案计算机资料库,以病案首页出院诊断为主并按国际疾病分类ICD-10标准进行统计分类。结果 160岁以上老年患者20 687例,占总出院人数45.54%。2前5位系统疾病:循环系统、肿瘤、呼吸系统、神经系统、消化系统占总数的76.41%。3前5位死因构成:恶性肿瘤、循环系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、损伤中毒,占老年患者总死亡数的83.35%。结论老年患者占住院总人数的比例较高,威胁老年人健康和导致老年患者死亡的主要疾病是循环系统疾病和恶性肿瘤。Objective To analyze the hospitalization of senile patients and search for the incidence regularity of them and provide clinical data for the prevention and cure of clinical diseases. Methods The cases were from the discharge case computer database in the medical record statistical room from 2010 to 2014, and the medical record homepage discharge diagnosis was the main and the statistical classification was carried out according to the national disease classification ICD-10 standards. Results 1There were 20687 cases of senile patients aged above 60 years old, accounting for 45.54% in the total discharge number. 2 The top five system diseases： circulation system, tumor, respiratory system, nervous system and digestive system accounted for 76.41% in total. 3The top five death causes： malignant tumor, circulation system, respiratory system, digestive system and injury and poison accounted for 83.35% in total death number of senile patients. Conclusion The proportion of senile patients is higher in the total inpatient number, and the circulation system diseases and malignant tumor are the main diseases threatening the senile health and causing the senile death.
