摘　　要：充分发挥高职高专院校人才资源的作用与价值,实现以高职高专院校、医院及社区卫生服务中心为基点的"三位一体"社区卫生服务模式,提高高职高专学生专业能力与综合素质,促使高职高专学生就业观念发生转变,优化医院实习模式,推动我国社区卫生服务事业向前发展。近年来,随着科学技术的不断发展,医疗水平不断进步,社区卫生服务得到相关部门的关注,致使医学高职高专院校学生社区卫生服务能力的培养逐渐得到重视。基于此,笔者将通过实践研究,就医学高职高专院校而言,分析社区卫生服务能力培养的重要性。We should give full play to the effect and value of talent resources in the vocational college, realize the ＂threein-one＂ community health service model of vocational college, hospital and community health service center, improve the professional ability and overall quality of vocational students, promote the change of students＇ employment concept, optimize the hospital internship model and promote the development of community health service enterprise in our country, in recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology and continuous progress of medical level, the community health service has obtained the attention of related department, which arouses people＇s attention to the community health service ability training of clinical students in the medical college, based on the above, the paper analyzes the importance of community health service ability training for vocational medical colleges by the practice research.
