护理管理在预防老年患者医院感染中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析护理管理在预防老年患者医院感染中的护理效果。方法选取该院2014年5月—2016年6月期间收治的老年患者72例,将患者随机平均分配为研究组(36例)、对照组(36例);对照组进行常规护理管理,研究组患者在接受常规护理管理基础上结合护理管理。观察比较两组患者的护理管理满意度、临床护理总有效率以及老年患者的感染情况。结果研究组患者的护理管理满意度、临床护理管理总有效率以及老年患者遭受感染的情况均明显优于对照组患者;两组患者结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经研究发现,临床上应用护理管理可有效减少老年患者的临床感染几率,提高老年患者的生活质量,帮助老年患者尽早恢复健康,具备较高的临床应用价值,值得大力推广。Objective To research and analyze the nursing effect of nursing management in predicting the hospital infection of senile patients. Methods 72 cases of senile patients admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing management, the research group adopted the nursing management on the basis of the control group, and the nursing management satisfactory degree, total effective rate of clinical nursing and infection situation of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The nursing management satisfactory degree, total effective rate of clinical nursing and infection situation in the research group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences between groups had statistical significance,P〈0.05. Conclusion The research shows that the application of nursing management can effectively reduce the clinical infection probability of senile patients, improve the quality of life of senile patients and help them recover as soon as possible with higher clinical application value, which is worth great promotion.
