摘　　要：自2014年以来,无锡市新吴区江溪街道社区卫生服务中心在春城社区设立"家庭医生工作室"。该研究通过优化"家庭医生工作室"服务模式,规范家庭医生制服务的工作方法。结果显示,新服务模式下的"家庭医生工作室"运转良好,能有效应对全科医生缺乏的客观现状,充分提升社区卫生服务能力。The family doctor studio has been constructed in Chuncheng community in Jiangxi street community health service center in Xinwu district since 2014, after optimizing the family doctor studio service mode and standardizing the work method of family doctor service, the family doctor studio under the new service model works well, which can effectively handle the objective situation of lack of general practitioners and fully improve the community health service ability.
