Survey Analysis of Awareness Situation of Staff Health Knowledge in the Basic Station Section in Zhengzhou Railway Bureau

摘　　要：目的通过在1 368名铁路职工中开展健康知识问卷调查活动,了解健康知识在铁路职工中的普及情况,以此推动铁路健康管理工作的进行,提高铁路职工的健康意识和自我保护意识。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法对1 368名职工进行问卷调查,采用SPSS17.0软件进行分析。结果在30项常见病、慢性病防治方面,无一项达到全部知晓;有八项知晓率达到了90%以上;六项知晓率低于60%。结论经调查发现,铁路职工的健康防护知识匮乏,获得健康知识的途径有限,健康的自我管理意识不足。Objective To know the popularity situation of health knowledge in the railway staff by carrying out the health knowledge questionnaires in 1368 railway staff, thus promoting the development of railway health management work and improving the health awareness and self-protection awareness of railway staff. Methods A stratified random sampling method was adopted to carry out a questionnaire survey of 1368 employees, and the SPSS17.0 software was adopted for analysis.Results In 30 common diseases and chronic diseases, any disease failed to be known by everyone, and the awareness rate of8 diseases reached above 90% and of 6 diseases reached below 60%. Conclusion The survey shows that the health protection knowledge of railway staff is shortage, and the route of obtaining health knowledge is limited, and the self-management awareness of health is insufficient.
