医院图书馆是医院文化建设的实践与展现

摘　　要：世界的未来是文化的未来,谁控制了文化,谁就控制了未来。医院的未来,医疗技术是一方面,文化建设应置于首位。医院图书馆在为领导决策服务、医院医疗教学、科研课题选择、技术情报服务以及为医务人员普及医学文献检索知识等方面得以实践;而医院图书馆展现了医院的文化建设过程、人文情怀和中医药形象,二者相得益彰,互为推动。医院文化建设需要图书馆文化来实践和展示,图书馆的建设和发展进一步推动和宏扬医院文化。The future of the world is the future of culture, who controls the culture, who controls the future, and the medi- cal technology is one of the aspects in the hospital future, and the cultural construction is in the first place, and the hospital library has implemented the leading decision-making service, hospital medical teaching, subject selection in scientific re- search and technical information service and popularizes the medical literature retrieval knowledge for the medical staff, but the hospital library shows the course of hospital cultural construction, humanity and image of traditional Chinese medicine, and the two complement each other and promote each other, and the hospital cultural construction needs to rely the library culture to implement and show, and the construction and development of the library further promotes and gives publicity to the hospital culture.
