摘　　要：当前,在改革发展成为新常态的形势下,医疗卫生领域尤其大型医院在适应医改新形势、加强党风廉政建设方面面临着严峻的形势和挑战,医院纪检监察部门要积极承担全面履行党章赋予的职责和医院纪检工作,聚焦主责主业,实践监督执纪"四种形态",加强案件查处和执纪监督力量,持续加大反腐败力度。Currently, with the reform and development becomes the new normal, the medical health fields especially the large hospitals face the serious situation and challenge in the aspects of adapting the new situation of medical reform and enhance the construction of honest administration, the hospital discipline inspection department should actively and comprehensively take on the responsibilities conferred by the party constitution and hospital discipline inspection work, focus on primary duty and primary business, implement ＂four forms＂ of disciplines execution and supervision, enhance the case investigation and discipline execution and supervision forces and constantly increase the anti-corruption force.
