品管圈活动在精神科护理风险管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的对该院精神科开展品管圈护理风险管理的应用效果进行分析,探讨其应用的临床价值。方法选择该院2015年1月—2016年1月期间该院开展品管圈活动的资料,对其过程中重护理风险管理效果与2014年1月—2015年1月未实施品管圈风险管理的护理效果进行比较,主要比较的指标包括沟通护理、常规护理操作合格率、对精神病患者的病情掌握合格率、对精神病知识的考核优秀率、以及护理不良事件发生率等。结果实施品管圈活动前后对比,在沟通护理合格率、对精神病患者的常规护理操作和病情掌握合格率、对精神病知识的考核优秀率、以及护理不良事件发生率方面,实施后明显优于实施前,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过在精神科开展品管圈活动,能够有效提升护理工作质量,降低护理风险发生几率,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle in the nursing risk management in the department of psychiatry and study the clinical application value. Methods The data of quality control circle in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected, and its nursing risk management effects mainly including communication nursing, qualified rate of routine nursing operation, qualified rate of disease mastery of patients with mental disease, examination excellent rate of knowledge about mental disease and incidence rate of nursing adverse events were compared with those without quality control circle from January 2014 to January 2015. Results The communication nursing, qualified rate of routine nursing operation, qualified rate of disease mastery of patients with mental disease, examination excellent rate of knowledge about mental disease and incidence rate of nursing adverse events after implementation were obviously better than those before implementation,P〈 0.05, and the differences had statistical significance. Conclusion The development of quality control circle in the department of psychiatry can effectively improve the nursing work quality and reduce the occurrence probability of nursing risk, which is worth clinical promotion.
