优质护理服务在维持性血液透析患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务在维持性血液透析患者中的应用价值。方法选取自2014年6月—2016年1月在该院血透室进行维持性血透治疗的65例患者。随机将其分为常规护理组32例和优质护理组33例。分析比较两组患者满意度及焦虑抑郁改善程度。结果经过不同方法护理干预1月后,优质组患者总满意度显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后两组患者焦虑抑郁程度均有所改善,且优质组SAS和SDS评分显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过开展优质护理服务,可以显著提升血透室护理质量,改善患者焦虑抑郁程度,提高患者满意度和生存质量。Objective To study the application value of excellent nursing service in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 65 cases of patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis in the hemodialysis room in our hospital from June2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the routine nursing group with 32 cases and excellent nursing group with 33 cases, and the satisfactory degree and depression and anxiety improvement degrees of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After 1-month nursing intervention, the total satisfactory degree in the excellent group was better than that in the routine group, and the difference was obvious, P〈0.05; the depression and anxiety degrees of the two groups were improved, and the SAS and SDS scores in the excellent group were lower than those in the routine group, and the differences were obvious, P〈0.05. Conclusion The development of excellent nursing service can obviously improve the nursing quality in the hemodialysis room, improve the anxiety and depression degrees of patients and improve the satisfactory degree and quality of life of patients.
