应用护理管理对重症监护室质量控制结果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的对重症监护室(ICU)采用现代化护理管理模式,保证重症监护室的质量控制。方法依据我市护理质控中心提出的5项护理质量考核标准做评定,前3年(2010年—2012年)对重症监护室实行传统护理管理,近3年(2013年—2015年)对重症监护室实行现代护理管理,将5项护理质量控制考核成绩均分与前3年(2010年—2012年)做对比分析。结果 2013年—2015年的5项护理质控成绩均分较2010年—2012年有所提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症监护室应用护理管理,可以提高质量控制结果 ,能够有效规范护理人员的护理行为,充分保障重症监护室危重患者的权益,在重症监护室中应用现代护理管理可以加强重症监护室的控制结果。Objective To ensure the quality control in ICU by adopting modern nursing management mode in ICU. Methods The ICU adopted traditional nursing management in first 3 years（2010-2012）, and adopted modern nursing management in recent 3 years（2013-2015）, according to the 5 nursing quality examination standards put forwards by nursing quality control center in our city, and the 5 nursing quality control examination scores were compared with those in recent 3years. Results 5 nursing quality control examination scores from 2013 to 2015 were improved compared with those from2010 to 2012, and the differences had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of nursing management in ICU can improve the quality control results, effectively standardize the nursing behavior of nursing staff, fully ensure the right of severe patients in ICU, and the application of modern nursing management in ICU can enhance the control results in ICU.
