摘　　要：中国特色社会主义与传统社会主义相比较,最大的特色就是改革开放。自十一届三中全会以来,实行改革开放近40年,中国经济社会发生了巨大的变化,最大的变化是经济大发展。这是由于我们党坚持解放思想、实事求是的思想路线,实行了符合党情、国情和世情的一系列改革开放的重大决策的结果。In contrast to the traditional socialism, the socialism with Chinese characteristics is mostly fea- tured by its reform and opening up. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, China has carried out reform and opening up for nearly forty years. Great changes have taken place in China＇s econo- my and society. The biggest change lies in the rapid economic development, thanks to the CPC＇s adhering to the ideological guideline of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, and carrying out a series of important decisions in reform and opening up that conform to the Party＇s conditions, the national conditions and the world conditions.
