肾炎康复片联合标准激素治疗老年气阴两虚证肾病综合征效果评价

摘　　要：目的 观察肾炎康复片联合标准激素治疗老年气阴两虚证肾病综合征的疗效及不良反应。方法 选择2013年10月—2014年9月期间收治的肾病综合征患者120例,随机分入观察组（60例）和对照组（60例）。所有患者给予口服泼尼松,初始计量每天1 mg/kg,观察组在此基础上联用肾炎康复片,8片/次,3次/d。治疗12个月后,比较患者治疗前后的24 h尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血小板、血浆垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽的变化,比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组患者总有效（95.0%）显著高于对照组（78.3%）,观察组患者的血小板数为（161.64±20.63）×10^9/L,改善效果显著优于对照组的（171.24±21.86）×10^9/L,观察组患者24 h尿蛋白定量为（1.75±0.52）g,改善效果显著优于对照组的（3.03±1.72）g,观察组患者的血清白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯以及血浆垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽改善效果显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率（33.3%）明显低于对照组（68.3%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 肾炎康复片与标准激素联合治疗老年气阴两虚证肾病综合征,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,改善其相关指标,提高其临床疗效,同时降低不良反应发生率,且预后较好。Objective To observe effeetion of nephritis rehabilitation piece with standard hormone therapy in elderly qi and Yin deficiency syndrome curative effect and prognosis of nephrotic syndrome. Methods Total 120 patients with nephrotic syndrome from October,2013 to September,2014 in our hospital were divided into observation group group（60 cases） and control group（60 cases）. All patients received oral prednisone with initial measurement of 1 mg/（ kg · d）. Patients of observation group received extra nephritis rehabilitation treatment, three times a day, a 8. After 12 months, atients of 2 groups were compared before and after treatment by 24 h urine protein, serum albumin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, quantitative level, platelets number and plasma changes of pituitary adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide, an clinical curative effect bwtween two groups after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, observation group patients （95.0%） were significantly higher than that of control group （78.3 % ）, and observation group patients with blood platelet count （161.64±20.63 ） × 10^9/L improving effect was significantly better than the control group （171.24 ± 21.86 ） × 10^9/L, the 24 h urine protein quantitative observation group patients （1.75 ± 0.52）g to improve the effect significantly, due to the control group （ 3.03 ± 1.72） g group in patients with serum albumin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and serum pituitary adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide improvement effect was significantly better than control group, difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. And adverse reactions （33.3 % ） of observation group was significantly lower than the control group （ 56.9% ）, statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）.
