论党员干部政治纪律问题形成的根源

摘　　要：党员干部政治纪律问题主要表现在政治思想动摇、组织观念松弛、宗旨意识淡薄等三个方面。政治思想动摇的原因是自由主义的侵蚀,组织观念松弛的原因是地方主义的膨胀,宗旨意识淡薄的原因是官僚主义的滋长,而地方主义和官僚主义的总病根则是自由主义。只有从加强党的理论学习着手,巩固党员干部的理想信念,抵御自由主义的侵蚀,推动经济政治体制改革,对地方主义、官僚主义作风进行釜底抽薪,才能收到严明党的政治纪律的效果。Political discipline problems of Party members and cadres mainly demonstrate in three aspects： their political thoughts are shaking, organization concept loose and sense of purpose weak. Political thoughts are shaking because of the erosion of liberalism ; some cadres lack the consciousness of organization because of expansion of the regionalism. Some cadres have a weak sense of the purpose of Party because of the growth of bureaucra- cy; the root course of regionalism and bureaucracy is liberalism. Only cadres make great effort to strengthen the party＇s theory learning, consolidate their ideal and belief, resist the erosion of liberalism, promote the economic and political system reform, and take a drastic measure to get rid of regionalism and bureaucracy, can they get the Party strict and impartial political discipline.
