摘　　要：党员干部的纪律建设,需要加强经常性的管理监督,让他们始终有如履薄冰、如临深渊的警觉。因此,不仅要不断完善党内监督,更要进一步探索和创新社会监督模式,把党员干部守纪律讲规矩置于社会监督之下。社会监督在党员干部纪律建设中具有降低监督成本、拓展监督渠道、强化作风建设的作用。加强党员干部纪律建设的社会监督,需要提升社会公众参与监督的主体意识,多渠道的向社会宣传各种党规政纪,向社会公开党员干部的财产申报信息,强化对"互联网+"新媒体监督平台的规范化管理,建立健全社会监督的保障机制和激励机制等。The discipline construction of Party members and cadres needs to strengthen regular manage- ment and supervision, making them feel as if treading on very thin ice and on the brink of deep gulf.
