摘　　要：深入实施"人文北京、科技北京、绿色北京"战略,努力把北京建设成为国际一流的和谐宜居之都,势必重塑首都社会经济发展格局。这意味着北京要放弃发展"大而全"的经济体系,转而构建"高精尖"的产业结构。目前正在推进的京津冀协同发展,是首都适应新常态、落实新定位、迈向新目标的必由之路。伴随着京津冀一体化的逐步推进,北京将在更大程度上为自己"瘦身",加速形成高端引领、创新驱动、绿色低碳的发展模式和产业结构。这一瘦身模式和产业结构重塑的背后是技能人才队伍培养和建设的加速。The thoroughly implementation of ＂Humanistic Beijing, Scientific Beijing and Technical Beijing＂, making efforts to build Beijing into a world class harmony livable city will definitely reshape the pattern of the economic development of the capital. This means that Beijing will give up the development of ＂big and complete＂ pattern of economic and turns to ＂state-of the-art＂ pattern of industrial structure pattern. The on-going coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province is the only way that the capital adapts to the new normal, implement the new position and move forward to the new destination. With the development of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, Beijing will downsize itself to a greater extent, accelerate the formation of high-end leading, innovation driven, green and low carbon development mode and industrial structure. Behind this downsizing mode and industrial structure remodeling is the acceleration of the development and construction of technical talents team.
