短时程脊髓电刺激治疗带状疱疹后神经感觉异常1例报告

摘　　要：本文报告1例带状疱疹后7年以酸胀为主的神经感觉异常后遗症疑难病例，行短程脊髓电刺激疗效显著。作用机制不清楚，尚需进一步研究。A patient with paresthesia of sour and swell feeling after herpes zoster for seven years, treated by spinal cord stimulation （SCS） of short-time with significant effect was reported. The mechanism of action is not clear and needs further research.
