摘　　要：本文报道1例年轻女性患者急性痛风性踝关节炎，总结其诊断治疗经验，并结合文献介绍其特点，供临床医生参考。This paper reported one case of a young woman with acute ankle gouty arthritis, and summed up the experiences of the diagnosis and treatment. At the same time, its characteristics were introduced combining with literatures review, in order to provide references for clinicians.
