摘 要:目的了解河南省人感染HBV的基因型、基因亚型及血清型的分布。方法采用巢式PCR法对44例HBV感染者血样进行S基因扩增并测序,应用Neighbor-Joining构建系统进化树,分析其基因型和基因亚型;应用Magnius和Norder法进行血清型分析。结果 44例HBV感染者中检出C基因型36例(81.8%),B型8例(18.2%)。B基因型全部为B2亚型,adw2血清型。C基因型中有33例(占75.0%)为C2亚型,adrq+血清型占97.2%(35/36),adrq-血清型占2.8%(1/36)。结论河南省人感染HBV以C基因型为主,其次是B基因型;C基因型中以C2亚型和adrq+血清型为主,B基因型中以B2亚型和adw2血清型为主。Objective To investigate the distribution of hepatitis B virus(HBV)genotypes,subgenotypes,and serotypes among the HBV-infected population in Henan Province. Methods Forty-four S genes of HBV were amplified with nested PCR and then directly sequenced.A phylogenetic tree was constructed using the neighbor-joining method and analyzed,and then the viral genotypes and subgenotypes were identified.Serotypes were determined using the approach of Magnius and Norder. Results In 44 patients infected with HBV,36(81.8%)were infected with the C genotype and the remaining 8(18.2%)were infected with the B genotype.Genotype C isolates were mainly subgenotype C2 and serotype adrq+.Genotype B isolates were subgenotype B2 and serotype adw2. Conclusion The major genotypes of HBV prevalent among HBV-infected people in Henan Province were C and C.Genotype C isolates were mainly subgenotype C2 and serotype adrq+ while genotype B isolates were mainly subgenotype B2 and serotype adw2.
